Hello Friends ! My name is Pramesh Kudalkar. Today I will tell you that the exercise is not anymore, it is not how much you do, or how many heavyweight you pick, it is about how you do it with cleverness. Just 5 minutes just need to fit you.



Burning calories is a very important mission that everyone is starting up these days, and if you can achieve it with dedication, then you will be very good. But that does not mean running for miles after mile and then half a kilo chocolate is eating truffle cake. Everything should be done with reason and understanding, and without proper reason and understanding, you will never reach your goal. This 4-minute workout was made by fitness coach Jim Saarit and originally included jack, squat, pushup and lung jumping. Then, just like that, you go on the way to Fitness Avenue.

In the beginning, Sarah wants you to start with ten representatives of the jumping jack, after which there are ten repetitions of the squat.

Then when you are in the air you should take your feet out of the width of your shoulder width, and at the same time you should lift your arms over your head. Then you should have your legs shoulder width or even broadly because your hands will get over your head.


Then you should repeat the normal squat ten. Remember that you should put your back within 45 to 90 degree angle, look straight and keep your upper body tight. Squats are very good for burning your fat.


After you have done with your squat, you should go back to the original pushup, and ten out of these should be completed. The good news is that those who can not make a decent push on the floor, they can use the wall instead. Going to the floor for push-up is considered by Saarit as an advanced step and hence a wall will be sufficient. Then, in the end, you should do lungs for every leg, and this will be the end of exercise.


The lungs are done by standing with the width of your legs and keeping your hands on your hips. Then, after flexing your stomach muscles inside and up, you should take an agitation to rest your chin downwards. You should stand straight away and rest your shoulders as much as possible below. You should proceed with your foot, which should be 2-3 feet away, but it basically depends on your height because as long as you need to move forward. Then, after lifting a little leg heel, you should bow both knees at the same time, you should get 90 degrees Angle.


In fact, exercise can be done by a fit person in two minutes and therefore this person can do it for another time in four minutes.
